I know what I can do and what cannot be done with mortgages. If the loan will not get approved, I will tell my clients upfront, not two days before closing. The regulated mortgage industry requires a tremendous amount of documentation. It can be a very frustrating situation for a client. My goal is to minimize the hassle by explaining what is needed upfront and why this documentation is necessary. I pride myself in being direct. I handle problems promptly and directly.
